THE SHINS - Normally, Pitchfork or Paste or Spin or someone like that premieres a new song from a band, but Record Store Day is going to be premiering the new song from the Shins on Monday, and we’re happy about that. Why? Because when we premiere a song, we’re also telling folks to come to YOUR stores to pick up whatever new release we’re talking about. Pitchfork, Paste, Spin don’t really do that. In an effort to get even more premieres, we’d like your help in driving traffic to our site to listen to the new release on Monday at Noon EST. There are banners below to help you do that, and there is also cover art for the 7” single that comes out 2/14, and the full length that comes on 3/20.
