What details there are about 1970s vocalist Pat Lundy wouldn’t fill a thimble, other than the fact she put 4 sides onto the lower regions of the national R&B charts - with one low Pop Hot 100 cross-over - from 1973 to 1976 for 3 different labels. Why she didn’t score higher with that fantastic voice and gorgeous looks is a mystery, especially on the Adult Contemporary (Easy Listening) charts for which much of her music seemed tailor-made. Those 4 sides were part of the 23-odd singles she had released from 1962 (the year she left a group called The Symbols - about which even less is known, including whether or not they were an all-girl group and if they ever cut a disc) to 1977 for 7 different labels, also cutting 4 albums along the way.
